OKAY, as you can tell this has been an on again, off again ordeal.  Dec 28,2009, I had an accident that was life changing.  I crushed my left ankle and my running days came to a sudden end.  After three surgeries and rehab, I am able to walk, cycle, swim and stay fairly active.  That being said, I have used my ankle as an excuse long enough.  I won a cruise with my company and my wife and I set sail in May.  I will not, however go looking like a overweight blue headed seal.  I started Insanity this last week inspired by my lovely bride.  I have a long way to go, but I have 5 grand kids and 1 on the way and I will stay active for their sake.  So here is the embarrassing truth.


Height- 68"
Weight- 192 lbs
Age- 56

Target Weight - 150 lbs

Today's workout was indeed insane.

  1. I see your back to blogging! I got back on the treadmill today too! 10 pounds to go post Shelby and lots of flab! ugh the down side to having babies! I MIGHT try to run a half in May before we move, but for sure want to run the Pcola one in the fall! Here's to getting fit and staying that way!
